NOTARIAL SERVICESAUTHENTICATION A notarial or other official act performed by an official of the Indonesian government on a document intended for use in the Philippines should be verified by an officer of the Philippine Embassy. The officer of the Philippine Embassy shall then issue a Certificate of Authentication in order to give the service legal force and effect in the Philippines.Requirements: 1. The document must be notarized by and have the stamp of: a. Department of Justice, Republic of Indonesia; b. Department of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Indonesia. 2. Original and photocopy of the notarized document to be authenticated. 3. Processing fee of Rp 375,000 per document (to be paid in cash).Note: Authentication is called legalization (of documents) in Indonesia.
